  • Centers of Excellence (CoE) Pilots in High Performance Career Development Programming (HPCD)of WDPN/Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE): HPCD CoE Lead Facilitator Trainings. These courses are approximately 2 days each with distance coaching and practice following (and successful CDF/CDFI and CWDP graduates and registry members will be nationally certified staff of the CoE process and able to earn approximately $2500 per program engagement or $100 an hour in all Facilitator and Audit roles). Each course includes all materials and training fees. Costs are $900 for each course. An additional $50 registry membership fee will be due annually by successful graduates for membership on the National HPCD CoE Registry of Lead Facilitators and Lead Auditors. The National Registry will be WWW based and marketed throughout the CoE project by CCE and WDPN, and in all promotional materials.
